ENGLAND Frank Richardson, Physician.   Eldest son of  Francis England of  Durham. P.Q., and the late Jane Rutter, U.E.L. descendant, Frank Richardson England was born in Cowansville, P.Q. on August 21, 1862. He was educated in Waterloo.

He graduated M.D.,C.M. from Bishop's University, Lennoxvillle, P.Q. in 1885 and successfully practises his profession in Montreal. He was a professor of diseases of children at Bishop’s CoIlege in 1887, professor of  surgery at Bishop’s CoIlege in 1894, president of the  Montreal Med.-Chlr. Society in 1906 and V.-P. of the Canadian Medical Association in 1907. 

He married 1st - in 1887, Carrie Ann Galer (died), youngest daughter of the late R.L. Galer of Durham, and 2ndly, Miss Octavia Grace Ritchie, M.D.
