MONTREAL STRAYS

Montreal strays are people who were born or lived in Montreal, but show up in other cities or countries at a later date. They may have been found in a census, a cemetery, a marriage record, an obit, or a host of other records.

If you find any Montreal strays while doing your research, please jot the info down (noting the record it came from) and submit it to me for this list. The more people that help out, the better chance we all have of finding those branches who suddenly seemed to disappear off the face of the earth.
